How our support work runs

- Matched, not whoever was free. You meet your worker before the first shift, and you can say no. Fit comes first.
- The same small team every week. Your routine gets learned once, not re-explained every shift.
- Real outings, not just hours filled. Beach walks, bowling, barbecues, museum days — and the weekly Wednesday rec group.
- Same-day case notes. Ask what happened on any shift and we’ll show you, in writing, the same day.

What does support work cost?
We charge in line with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, and we put our rates in writing before anything starts. Ask for our rate card.
Can I choose or change my worker?
Yes. You meet your worker before the first shift and can say no. If the fit isn’t right later, tell us and we’ll re-match.
How do we switch from another provider?
You can change providers at any time. We’ll help with notice periods and make the handover smooth. Read our switching guide, or call us and we’ll walk you through it.
Do you run group activities?
Yes — including the weekly Wednesday rec group, plus regular community outings.
