Questions
Before you get in touch
Do you have an office in every listed service area?
No. Tegrity is a service-area provider. We support people in their homes and communities, and we publish suburb pages for the areas where we have genuine coverage or current capacity.
Can I choose my support worker?
Yes. We introduce you to a suitable worker or small team before supports start. You can tell us what feels right, and we will rematch you if the fit is not there.
What if my suburb is not listed?
Call (02) 7265 1558 or start a referral. We will check current capacity rather than give you a vague yes.
Do you support Aboriginal and First Nations participants?
Yes. Tegrity is Aboriginal-owned, culturally safe and open to everyone. You can request an Aboriginal support worker or coordinator through our Aboriginal NDIS Support service.
