Do you provide NDIS support coordination in the Inner West?
Yes. We provide support coordination across our 37 listed Sydney service areas's Inner West — including Marrickville, Newtown, Leichhardt, Dulwich Hill, Glebe, Erskineville and Alexandria — with one named coordinator who knows the local services and providers in the area.
Does support coordination have to be face-to-face?
No. A lot of support coordination is done by phone, email and video, so it works wherever you are. But because we're a local Sydney team, we can also meet you in person around the Inner West when that's easier — at home, in the community, or somewhere you're comfortable.
What does an NDIS support coordinator do?
A support coordinator helps you understand your NDIS plan and turn it into supports that actually start — finding and connecting providers, sorting service agreements, and following through until things are running. They also help you navigate when things get difficult.
How do you manage conflicts of interest?
Tegrity provides both support coordination and support work, so we disclose that potential conflict clearly. We present every suitable provider option in the Inner West and wider Sydney, not just Tegrity's own services, and the choice remains yours. Our conflict-of-interest policy is available in writing on request.
How do I get support coordination in my NDIS plan?
Support coordination has to be funded in your plan, usually under Capacity Building. If it's there, you can choose Tegrity as your coordinator at any time. If it isn't, raise it at your next plan review or reassessment — we can talk you through how to ask for it.
How much does support coordination cost in the Inner West?
Support coordination is charged per hour in line with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, and billed against the Support Coordination budget in your plan, so it doesn't reduce your other supports. The rate is the same across our listed Sydney service areas and we put it in writing before anything starts.
