Call us and say you want to give feedback or make a complaint. You can ask for help to explain what happened.

You can contact Tegrity yourself or ask someone you trust to help. This can be a family member, friend, nominee, support coordinator or advocate. You do not have to complain to Tegrity before contacting the NDIS Commission.

Email feedbackYou can call without giving your name. Please give enough detail for us to understand the concern. Not knowing who you are may limit how much we can investigate or report back to you.
You may use an advocate or another person you trust. Tell us how you communicate best and whether you need an interpreter, extra time or another adjustment.
Find independent advocacy support through the NDIS Commission.
If the matter involves immediate safety, we act on the safety concern first.
The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is independent from Tegrity. Anyone can report a concern about the safety or quality of NDIS supports. You can contact the Commission even if you have not spoken with us first.
