NDIS provider in the Sutherland Shire —
support work & coordination.
The Shire, straight over the Alfords Point Bridge from our South-West team — Menai to Caringbah, with the same model everywhere: meet your worker first, rosters in advance, no run-around.
Support Work in the Sutherland Shire
The Shire splits neatly in two for support purposes: the Menai side — Menai, Bangor, Alfords Point, Illawong — reached over the Alfords Point Bridge from our Padstow and Revesby coverage, and the rail side, where the T4 runs through Sutherland, Kirrawee, Gymea, Miranda and Caringbah toward Cronulla. Our workers drive both. Rosters arrive before each fortnight begins, and you see the same faces each week.
Support work covers personal care, help at home, and support to get out — and the Shire, with the Royal National Park on one side and the beaches on the other, is not short of places to go.
Support Coordination in the Sutherland Shire
Sutherland Hospital at Caringbah anchors the Shire's health landscape, with allied health clustered around Miranda and Kirrawee. Our coordinators stay current on who actually has capacity, handle plan reviews, renewals and service agreements, and present every provider option — not only Tegrity supports.
NDIS services we deliver in the Sutherland Shire
Tegrity delivers disability support services across the Shire under the core NDIS support categories below — the same categories named in your plan. Every support is delivered by workers you have met, on a roster you receive before the fortnight starts.
Daily personal activities and personal care
Help at home with the routines that keep the week running — showering and dressing, meal preparation, medication prompts, and domestic assistance — funded under Assistance with Daily Life. Workers follow how you already like things done: see our approach to assistance with daily living.
Community participation in the Sutherland Shire
The Camellia Gardens at Caringbah, Westfield Miranda, the South Village precinct at Kirrawee, the Woronora River, and the walking tracks where the suburbs meet the Royal National Park — community participation in the Shire is genuinely spoiled for choice. Our community participation support works toward your goals, and the Wednesday Rec Group is open to Shire participants.
Travel and transport support
Support workers travel with you — on the T4 through Sutherland, Kirrawee, Gymea, Miranda and Caringbah, or door to door by car on the Menai side. Travel arrangements are agreed with you before supports start, so funded hours go where they should.
Life skills development
Capacity building in the practical sense: cooking, budgeting, using buses and trains confidently, and building routines that make independent living realistic. We set these goals with you and track them properly — read what capacity building means in an NDIS plan.
Menai, Alfords Point, Bangor and Illawong
The Menai side is minutes from our established South-West coverage — Alfords Point sits right at the bridge, with Padstow and Revesby on the other side. Menai Marketplace is the local centre, Bangor and Illawong fill out the peninsula, and the Woronora River edges the lot.
Kirrawee, Sutherland, Miranda and Caringbah
On the rail side, Kirrawee's South Village and the old brick-pit parkland sit beside Sutherland's civic centre; Miranda brings Westfield and the Shire's biggest services cluster; and Caringbah holds Sutherland Hospital and the Camellia Gardens. All four are inside our coverage, with Gymea in between.
Getting started
The referral form takes about three minutes online. Every submission is acknowledged the same business day, in writing. If you want to speak with someone first, call (02) 7265 1558 or email info@tegrityservices.com.au — you'll reach a coordinator, not a contact centre.
We’re also a proudly Aboriginal-owned, culturally safe team — and everyone is welcome.
Referrals that don't disappear into a void
You need providers who respond, match well, and report back. Here is what we commit to on every referral.

NDIS support in the Sutherland Shire — common questions
Which Sutherland Shire suburbs do you cover?
We provide NDIS support work and support coordination across the Shire — Menai, Bangor, Alfords Point, Illawong, Sutherland, Kirrawee, Gymea, Miranda and Caringbah. If your suburb isn't named, call (02) 7265 1558 — the answer is usually yes.
How do your support workers get around the Shire?
The T4 line serves Sutherland, Kirrawee, Gymea, Miranda and Caringbah, and the Menai side is a short drive over the Alfords Point Bridge from our South-West team — so our workers drive, with travel time built into the roster. Travel arrangements are agreed with you before supports start.
Is there NDIS community participation support in the Sutherland Shire?
Yes. Community participation in the Shire is funded from the Core budget in your plan and can include the Camellia Gardens, Westfield Miranda, South Village at Kirrawee, the Woronora River and the edges of the Royal National Park — plus our Wednesday Rec Group. Support is built around your goals, not a drive-around to fill hours.
Do you offer both support work and support coordination in the Sutherland Shire?
Yes — Tegrity provides both Support Work and Support Coordination across the Shire. Where a participant uses both services from us, a written conflict-of-interest policy applies and your coordinator presents every provider option, not only Tegrity.
Are you a registered NDIS provider in the Sutherland Shire?
Yes — Tegrity Services is a registered NDIS provider (registration 4050099017) delivering support work and support coordination across the Sutherland Shire and southern Sydney. We don't deliver therapy, SIL or accommodation ourselves; where your plan needs those supports, we help you source trusted local providers and coordinate with them.
