What support looks like

Practical, everyday support — your way

Our support workers help with the day-to-day things that make life easier and keep you connected — at home and out in the community. This is support work, not clinical or medical care: a reliable, steady presence alongside you so you can do more of what matters.

At home

Daily living

Help with the everyday tasks that keep life running — routines, getting ready, home tasks, meal preparation and the practical things that take more energy on harder days. Done your way, at your pace.

Out & about

Community access & appointments

Getting out, getting around and staying connected — support to appointments, shopping, errands, hobbies and outings you want to do but feel more confident with someone alongside you. More on community participation →

Social connection

Groups & social life

Staying socially connected matters. Our Wednesday social and rec group is a regular, supported outing — and your worker can support you to other social activities too. Life beyond appointments.

Why a consistent worker matters

A worker who already knows you

When your support worker knows you well — your routines, your preferences, how you like to do things — you spend less energy explaining and more energy living. That familiarity is especially valuable when you want to feel calm and prepared getting out into the community.

Same named workersYou're matched with a small, consistent team — not a different person each visit. Your workers get to know you and how you like things done.
Meet before you startYou meet your worker before supports begin. If the fit isn't right, say so and we rematch you — no pressure, no awkward conversations.
Roster a fortnight aheadYour support roster is visible a full fortnight in advance — so you can plan your week with confidence, not wonder who's coming.
Calm and preparedWorkers who are steady, reliable and prepared — a familiar presence that helps you get out and do more, at a pace that suits you.
No silent no-showsIf a shift needs to change, you hear from us first with a replacement offered — you're never left waiting without notice.

Common questions

Epilepsy support & NDIS — your questions answered

Do you support adults with epilepsy?

Yes. We support adults with epilepsy with day-to-day NDIS support work — daily living, getting out into the community, social connection and support to appointments. Our workers are calm, consistent and practical, so you can get out and about with confidence.

What can a support worker help with for someone with epilepsy?

A support worker can help with daily living tasks at home, getting out into the community, attending appointments, joining social or recreational activities (including our Wednesday group), and building confidence and independence over time. Support workers are a steady, reliable presence — not clinical or medical carers.

Can I keep the same support worker each time?

Yes. We match you with a small, consistent team you meet before supports start. You keep the same workers, so they get to know you and how you like to do things — no strangers, and no having to re-explain yourself each visit. If the fit isn't right, we rematch you.

Which Sydney areas do you cover?

We deliver support work across Sydney, with a focus on the Inner West, City of Sydney and Eastern Suburbs — including suburbs like Redfern, Newtown, Marrickville, Surry Hills, Bondi, Randwick and Glebe.

Are you a registered NDIS provider?

Yes. Tegrity Services is a registered NDIS provider (registration number 4050099017), registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Support work is funded from the Core budget in your NDIS plan.
