Support workers help with the day-to-day stuff that matters — at home, in the community and getting where you need to go. It's funded from the Core budget in your NDIS plan and tailored to your goals and your routines.
Help with the personal care and daily living tasks that are part of your routine — done your way, at your pace, with a worker who knows you and your preferences.
Practical assistance around the home so your space stays manageable and your week stays on track — household tasks, meal preparation and the things that keep life running.
Getting out and staying connected — appointments, errands, social outings, hobbies and community activities. More on community participation →
A support worker who can accompany you to appointments, help you prepare and make sure you get there and back — so nothing falls through the cracks.
The same small team means workers who already know your routines, your preferences and how you like things done. When handovers are needed, they're done carefully — nothing left to chance.
You meet your support worker before anything begins. If the fit isn't right, we rematch you — no awkward conversations, no disruption to your supports.
Participants tell us the same things matter most — consistency, reliability and not having to re-explain yourself to someone new every week. Here's how we address that.
Tegrity is a support-work and support-coordination provider. Our workers help with personal care, daily living, help around the home, community access and getting out — the day-to-day practical support funded from the Core budget in your NDIS plan.
We are not a clinical or nursing service, and we do not provide therapy or physiotherapy. Some adults with a spinal cord injury have high-intensity clinical needs — such as complex bowel or bladder care, catheter management or ventilator support — that require support workers with specific NDIS high-intensity competencies. We don't claim those competencies.
If you have high-intensity clinical needs, talk to us and we'll be upfront about whether we're the right fit — and if we're not, we'll help you find a provider who is. We'd rather tell you straight than overpromise.
If your needs sit within support work — or you'd like support coordination alongside your other providers — we'd love to hear from you. Start a referral or call (02) 7265 1558.
We deliver support work across Sydney, with a focus on the Inner West, City and Eastern Suburbs. We're also a proudly Aboriginal-led, culturally safe team — and everyone is welcome.
