You meet your support worker before anything begins. If the fit isn't right, we rematch you — no awkward conversations, no disruption to your supports.

How we work

The things that matter most

Participants tell us the same things matter most — consistency, reliability and not having to re-explain yourself to someone new every week. Here's how we address that.

Named workersA small, consistent team matched to you — you know who's coming each day before the week starts.
Roster in advanceYour roster is visible a full fortnight ahead. The week is never a surprise.
No silent no-showsIf a shift has to change, you hear from us first — with a replacement offered, never left waiting.
Careful handoversWhen workers change, the incoming worker is properly briefed on your routines, preferences and how you like things done.
The fit promiseIf a worker isn't the right fit, say so and we rematch you — no awkward conversations required.
Referral acknowledgedSame business day — so you're never left wondering.
Are we the right fit?

We'll be straight with you

What we do — and what we don't

Support work and support coordination

Tegrity is a support-work and support-coordination provider. Our workers help with personal care, daily living, help around the home, community access and getting out — the day-to-day practical support funded from the Core budget in your NDIS plan.

We are not a clinical or nursing service, and we do not provide therapy or physiotherapy. Some adults with a spinal cord injury have high-intensity clinical needs — such as complex bowel or bladder care, catheter management or ventilator support — that require support workers with specific NDIS high-intensity competencies. We don't claim those competencies.

If you have high-intensity clinical needs, talk to us and we'll be upfront about whether we're the right fit — and if we're not, we'll help you find a provider who is. We'd rather tell you straight than overpromise.

If your needs sit within support work — or you'd like support coordination alongside your other providers — we'd love to hear from you. Start a referral or call (02) 7265 1558.

Common questions

SCI support, answered

Is spinal cord injury support covered by the NDIS, and how is it funded?

A spinal cord injury that permanently and significantly affects daily living generally meets the NDIS access criteria. Once you have a plan, support work — personal care, help around the home, and getting out into the community — is funded from your Core supports budget, and any high-intensity daily activities you need are funded at the relevant rates where they're assessed as reasonable and necessary. Whether you self-manage, plan-manage or have NDIA-managed funding, you can choose Tegrity as your provider. If you'd like help understanding what your plan can fund, we're happy to walk you through it.

Do you support adults with a spinal cord injury?

Yes. Tegrity support workers assist adults with a spinal cord injury with personal care and daily living, help around the home, getting out into the community, support to appointments and careful handovers between workers. We match you with a small, consistent team you meet before anything starts.

Can you provide high-intensity clinical care for people with a spinal cord injury?

Tegrity is a support-work and support-coordination provider — not a clinical or nursing service. Some people with a spinal cord injury have high-intensity clinical needs (such as complex bowel or bladder care or ventilator support) that require workers with specific NDIS high-intensity competencies. We don't claim those competencies. If you have high-intensity clinical needs, talk to us and we'll be upfront about whether we're the right fit — or help you find a provider who is.

Can I keep the same support worker?

Yes. Consistency is central to how we work. You're matched with a small named team you meet before supports start. Your roster is visible a fortnight ahead, and if anything has to change you hear from us first. If a worker isn't the right fit, we rematch you.

Which Sydney areas do you cover?

We deliver support work right across Sydney, every suburb. Call (02) 7265 1558 and we'll get support set up in your area.

Are you a registered NDIS provider?

Yes. Tegrity Services is a registered NDIS provider (registration number 4050099017), registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. You can use your NDIS Core funding for support work with us, whether your plan is agency-managed, plan-managed or self-managed.
