How we work

The things that matter most

Participants tell us the same things matter most — consistency, reliability and not having to re-explain yourself to someone new every week. Here's how we address that.

Named workersA small, consistent team matched to you — you know who's coming each day before the week starts.
Roster in advanceYour roster is visible a full fortnight ahead. The week is never a surprise.
No silent no-showsIf a shift has to change, you hear from us first — with a replacement offered, never left waiting.
Careful handoversWhen workers change, the incoming worker is properly briefed on your routines, preferences and how you like things done.
The fit promiseIf a worker isn't the right fit, say so and we rematch you — no awkward conversations required.
Referral acknowledgedSame business day — so you're never left wondering.
Are we the right fit?

We'll be straight with you

What we do — and what we don't

Support work and support coordination

Tegrity is a support-work and support-coordination provider. Our workers help with personal care, daily living, help around the home, community access and getting out — the day-to-day practical support funded from the Core budget in your NDIS plan.

We are not a clinical or nursing service, and we do not provide therapy or physiotherapy. Some adults with a spinal cord injury have high-intensity clinical needs — such as complex bowel or bladder care, catheter management or ventilator support — that require support workers with specific NDIS high-intensity competencies. We don't claim those competencies.

If you have high-intensity clinical needs, talk to us and we'll be upfront about whether we're the right fit — and if we're not, we'll help you find a provider who is. We'd rather tell you straight than overpromise.

If your needs sit within support work — or you'd like support coordination alongside your other providers — we'd love to hear from you. Start a referral or call (02) 7265 1558.
