NDIS provider across St George —
support work & coordination.
Twenty-one suburbs between the M5 and the Georges River — Hurstville to Lugarno, Arncliffe to Sans Souci. One team covers the lot, with the same workers each fortnight and rosters that arrive before the fortnight starts.
Support Work across St George
St George runs from Hurstville's high-rise centre down to the quiet river bends at Lugarno and Oatley, and up through the Wolli Creek valley to Arncliffe. Two train lines thread the area — the T4 through Hurstville, Penshurst, Mortdale and Oatley, and the T8 through Turrella, Bardwell Park, Bexley North, Kingsgrove, Beverly Hills, Narwee and Riverwood — and our workers drive for everything in between. Rosters arrive before each fortnight begins, and you see the same faces each week.
Support work covers personal care, help at home, and support to get out and live locally. Looking for an NDIS provider in Hurstville, Beverly Hills, Kingsgrove or anywhere across the area? This page is where to start — and if your suburb deserves its own page, tell us and we'll take the hint.
Support Coordination across St George
St George Hospital at Kogarah anchors one of the busiest health precincts in southern Sydney, with allied health clustered around Hurstville and along Forest Road. Waitlists are still real. Our coordinators stay current on who actually has capacity, handle plan reviews, renewals and service agreements, and present every provider option — not only Tegrity supports.
NDIS services we deliver across St George
Tegrity delivers disability support services across the St George area under the core NDIS support categories below — the same categories named in your plan. Every support is delivered by workers you have met, on a roster you receive before the fortnight starts.
Daily personal activities and personal care
Help at home with the routines that keep the week running — showering and dressing, meal preparation, medication prompts, and domestic assistance — funded under Assistance with Daily Life. Whether that's daily personal activities in Kingsgrove or domestic assistance in Oatley, workers follow how you already like things done: see our approach to assistance with daily living.
Community participation across St George
This is one of the best parts of Sydney to get out in: Gannons Park at Peakhurst, Oatley Park and its baths, Carss Bush Park on the bay, the Wolli Creek valley walk from Turrella, the cinema strip at Beverly Hills, and Westfield and the eateries around Hurstville. Our community participation support works toward your goals — from community participation in Kingsgrove to a foreshore walk at Sans Souci — and the Wednesday Rec Group is open to St George participants.
Travel and transport support
Support workers travel with you — on the T4 or T8, to appointments around St George Hospital, to study or work, or door to door by car. Travel arrangements are agreed with you before supports start, so funded hours go where they should.
Life skills development
Capacity building in the practical sense: cooking, budgeting, using buses and trains confidently, and building routines that make independent living realistic. We set these goals with you and track them properly — read what capacity building means in an NDIS plan.
Hurstville, South Hurstville and Hurstville Grove
Hurstville is the capital of the area — Westfield and Hurstville Central at the station, one of Sydney's busiest interchanges, and a genuinely multicultural heart with strong Chinese and Nepali communities. South Hurstville's village shops and the quiet streets of Hurstville Grove sit just down King Georges Road, and we support participants across all three.
Beverly Hills, Kingsgrove, Narwee and Clemton Park
The T8 strip. Beverly Hills brings the cinema and the dinner strip on King Georges Road; Kingsgrove mixes residential streets with the big employment area near the M5 — and NDIS support in Kingsgrove, from personal care to community access, is core coverage for us, not an outer edge. Narwee and the newer Clemton Park village round out a strip where a support worker can cover a lot of life within ten minutes.
Riverwood, Peakhurst, Mortdale, Oatley and Lugarno
Riverwood's shops and station sit right beside Salt Pan Creek — our Padstow coverage is literally across the water. Peakhurst brings Gannons Park and the working end of Forest Road; Mortdale has its own village feel around Morts Road; and Oatley and Lugarno hold the river end, with Oatley Park, the baths and the Lime Kiln Bay bushland. All five are inside our regular coverage.
Bexley and the bayside — Blakehurst, Carss Park, Kogarah Bay, Beverley Park and Sans Souci
Bexley's Forest Road shops sit at the area's centre of gravity, while the bayside suburbs run down to the water: Blakehurst at Tom Uglys Bridge, Carss Bush Park and its foreshore at Carss Park, the golf course at Beverley Park, and the walks around Kogarah Bay and Sans Souci. Support here often means getting out along the bay — and that's exactly the kind of support we like delivering.
Arncliffe, Turrella and Bardwell Park
The Wolli Creek valley end of the area, five minutes from our inner-south coverage. Arncliffe's shops and station, Turrella's quiet streets beside the regional park, and Bardwell Park on the T8 — with the Wolli Creek walking track linking the three for anyone who likes their community participation with bush on both sides.
Getting started
The referral form takes about three minutes online. Every submission is acknowledged the same business day, in writing. If you want to speak with someone first, call (02) 7265 1558 or email info@tegrityservices.com.au — you'll reach a coordinator, not a contact centre.
We’re also a proudly Aboriginal-owned, culturally safe team — and everyone is welcome.
Referrals that don't disappear into a void

NDIS support across St George — common questions
Which St George suburbs do you cover?
All of them, in practice: Hurstville, South Hurstville, Hurstville Grove, Beverly Hills, Kingsgrove, Narwee, Clemton Park, Riverwood, Peakhurst, Mortdale, Oatley, Lugarno, Bexley, Blakehurst, Carss Park, Kogarah Bay, Beverley Park, Sans Souci, Arncliffe, Turrella and Bardwell Park. If your suburb isn't named, call (02) 7265 1558 — the answer is usually yes.
How do your support workers get around St George?
The T4 line serves Hurstville, Penshurst, Mortdale and Oatley, the T8 serves Turrella through Riverwood, and our workers drive for everything in between. Travel time is built into the roster so support hours go to the participant, not to logistics — and travel arrangements are agreed with you before supports start.
Is there NDIS community participation support in Kingsgrove and Beverly Hills?
Yes. Community participation across the T8 strip — Kingsgrove, Beverly Hills, Narwee and Clemton Park — is funded from the Core budget in your plan and can include the Beverly Hills cinema strip, Gannons Park, local sport, shopping trips and social outings, plus our Wednesday Rec Group. Support is built around your goals, not a drive-around to fill hours.
Do you offer both support work and support coordination in St George?
Yes — Tegrity provides both Support Work and Support Coordination across the St George area. Where a participant uses both services from us, a written conflict-of-interest policy applies and your coordinator presents every provider option, not only Tegrity.
Are you a registered NDIS provider in the St George area?
Yes — Tegrity Services is a registered NDIS provider (registration 4050099017) delivering support work and support coordination across St George and southern Sydney. We don't deliver therapy, SIL or accommodation ourselves; where your plan needs those supports, we help you source trusted local providers and coordinate with them.
