Consistent, patient, practical NDIS support for adults with cerebral palsy across inner-west and eastern Sydney. The same named workers every time, a roster you can see a fortnight ahead, and a chance to meet your worker before anything begins.
Acknowledged the same business day. You meet your worker before supports start.
NDIS support workers aren't therapists or clinicians. What they do is practical, hands-on and driven by you — helping with the everyday parts of life that matter most, in a way that suits your pace, your preferences and your goals.
Help with getting ready in the morning, personal care routines, meal preparation, home tasks and the everyday things that keep life running — done your way, at your pace.
Support to get out and stay connected — shopping, appointments, hobbies, transport and everyday outings across inner-west and eastern Sydney. Mobility assistance in daily life, not clinical care. More on community participation →
Staying socially connected matters. That includes our Wednesday social and recreation group — a real outing with other participants — plus individual social support, activities and time with people you choose to spend time with.
Getting to and from medical or allied health appointments, waiting with you, and helping with anything that comes up along the way — without you having to manage it alone.
Practical help inside the home — tidying, laundry, grocery runs and the household tasks that can stack up. Done in a way that respects your space and how you like things.
Support to do more over time — from planning your week, managing routines and navigating public transport, to anything you want to get better at and do more of yourself.
When you're living with cerebral palsy, consistency in your support team isn't a nice-to-have — it's what makes support actually work. A worker who knows you, knows your routines, knows how you communicate, and knows when something's off can make a real difference every day. That's not common. We built our service around it.
We deliver support across Sydney — with a focus on the Inner West, City and Eastern Suburbs. We're also a proudly Aboriginal-led, culturally safe team — which makes us better for everyone. All backgrounds welcome.

A support worker can help with personal care and daily living, getting out into the community, attending appointments, social activities and recreation, help around the home, and building independence in everyday tasks — at whatever pace suits you. Support workers don't provide therapy or clinical services; they're there for the practical, day-to-day side of life.
Yes. We build our rosters around consistency — you get a small, named team you meet before supports start, not a different person each visit. Consistency matters, especially when mobility assistance and personal care are involved. If the fit isn't right, we rematch you, no awkward conversations.
