We fixed the reasons people leave providers

Ask any family who has churned through agencies. It is the no-shows, the strangers and the mystery invoices. Here is our answer to each, shown in writing.

No silent no-shows

If a worker can't make it, you hear from us first, with a replacement offered in the same message. Your roster is visible a full fortnight ahead.

A small, consistent team

You are matched with a small, consistent team. Your routine gets learned once, not re-explained every shift, and no one new arrives without meeting you first.

Invoices with no mysteries

Every line maps to a shift you actually received, at the published rate, against your plan budget. Question anything and we show you the record.

This is how supports should run.

Experience behind the service

Plan-side knowledge, applied to everyday support

Tegrity's founder spent two years as an NDIS Local Area Coordinator building plans. That experience shapes how we explain budgets, spot gaps and turn funded supports into a working roster. Tegrity has operated since 2021 and has supported more than 100 participants across our services.

We do two things, and we do them well

We focused our services so every participant gets our full attention. No long menu, no vague programs. Just the two supports families actually ask for.

Support Work

Daily life, community access and social participation. Every provider says that line. The difference is how it runs:

  • Matched, not whoever was free. You meet your worker before the first shift, and you can say no.
  • A small, consistent team. Your routine gets learned once, not re-explained every shift.
  • Real outings, including the Wednesday rec group. Beach walks, bowling, barbecues, museum days.
  • Mental health experience. Our recovery-focused psychosocial support keeps the same trusted worker with you week after week.

Support Coordination

Just got a plan and not sure what happens next? We turn the PDF into supports that actually start. In practice:

  • A named coordinator with a direct number. One primary contact, with a clear handover if availability changes.
  • Every provider on the table, not just ours. Our conflict-of-interest rule is written down, and we follow it.
  • Budget tracking you can actually read. Where the funding is going, in plain English, before it runs out.

What happens after you get in touch

No mystery, no waiting by the phone. This is the actual process, with the timeframes we hold ourselves to.

The questions you actually want answered

Not "what is the NDIS". You know that. These are the things providers usually make you ring up to find out.

What does it cost?

We charge at or below the applicable NDIS price limit and put every rate in writing before anything starts. We also confirm how your plan is managed and who receives the invoice. See our rates in dollars.

How do we switch from another provider?

You can choose a different provider. Check the notice and cancellation terms in your current service agreement, then confirm our capacity before giving notice. We can help plan a handover that reduces the risk of a support gap. How switching works, or call us.

You offer both services. Is that a conflict?

It can be, which is why we manage it openly: our coordinators present all provider options, never just Tegrity. Ask for the full policy.

What about Occupational Therapy?

We have focused our services on Support Work and Support Coordination, so OT is no longer offered. We are glad to suggest trusted local OT providers. Call us for a referral.

P.S. Heard of us as “Integrity Services”? That’s us. Tegrity is integrity minus the “in”. The story of our name.

Aboriginal-owned. Here for every participant.

Tegrity is an Aboriginal-owned NDIS provider. That heritage shapes how we support everyone, and Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander participants can ask for culturally matched workers and coordinators.

“Tegrity matched me with an Aboriginal Support Coordinator and Aboriginal Support Workers, support I’d found really difficult to access anywhere else. Having a team that understands my culture means everything.”
