Support Work

Daily life, community access and social participation. Every provider says that line. The difference is how it runs:

  • Matched, not whoever was free. You meet your worker before the first shift, and you can say no.
  • The same small team every week. Your routine gets learned once, not re-explained every shift.
  • Real outings, including the Wednesday rec group. Beach walks, bowling, barbecues, museum days.
  • Same-day case notes. Ask what happened on any shift and we show you, in writing.

Support Coordination

Just got a plan and not sure what happens next? We turn the PDF into supports that actually start. In practice:

  • A named coordinator with a direct number. The same person every call, not a queue.
  • Every provider on the table, not just ours. Our conflict-of-interest rule is written down, and we follow it.
  • Budget tracking you can actually read. Where the funding is going, in plain English, before it runs out.
  • Supports that start. We chase the providers and the paperwork so you don't have to.

Every week, our participants and workers head out together. Beach walks, bowling, barbecues, footy, museum days. Real outings with the same friendly faces, not an activity sheet.

New faces are always welcome. It is also the easiest, lowest-pressure way to meet us before committing to anything.

The questions you actually want answered

Not "what is the NDIS". You know that. These are the things providers usually make you ring up to find out.

What does it cost?

We charge in line with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, and we put our rates in writing before anything starts. Ask for our rate card.

How do we switch from another provider?

You have the right to change providers at any time. We will help with notice periods and make the handover smooth. Read our switching guide, or call us and we'll walk you through it.

You offer both services. Is that a conflict?

It can be, which is why we manage it openly: our coordinators present all provider options, never just Tegrity. Ask for the full policy.

What about Occupational Therapy?

We have focused our services on Support Work and Support Coordination, so OT is no longer offered. We are glad to suggest trusted local OT providers. Call us for a referral.
