Is it Tegrity or Integrity?
It’s Tegrity — integrity, minus the “in”.

People hear our name from a coordinator, a mate or over the phone — and quite reasonably search for “Integrity Services Sydney”. If you were told about an Aboriginal-owned NDIS provider in Sydney doing support work and support coordination, you’re in the right place. That’s us: Tegrity Services.

Proudly Aboriginal-owned and culturally safe — everyone welcome.

Why “Tegrity”?

Our motto is “Integrity, built in.” The name Tegrity is the word integrity with the “in” taken off the front — and we put it back into everything else we do: support workers who show up week after week, rosters published before the fortnight starts, invoices that reconcile to your plan, and coordinators who present every provider option, not just ours.

Tegrity Services has been operating since 2021. We’re an Aboriginal-owned, NDIS-registered provider (registration 4050099017, registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission until October 2028) supporting participants across Sydney’s Inner West, City, Eastern Suburbs and South-West.

Searched “Integrity Services” and landed here?

It happens all the time. Said out loud, Tegrity and integrity are nearly the same word — so when someone recommends us by phone or in person, plenty of people type “integrity services” or “integrity NDIS Sydney” into Google. If the provider you were told about was Aboriginal-owned and Sydney-based, the recommendation was for Tegrity — spelt T‑E‑G‑R‑I‑T‑Y.

One honest note

Some providers around Australia really are called “Integrity” — they’re separate businesses with no connection to us. If the paperwork you were given shows a different provider name or registration number, double-check before you sign anything. And if you’re not sure, ring us — we’ll tell you straight whether the referral was meant for Tegrity.

Three quick ways to check you’ve found the right provider

  1. Match the name and number. Any quote or service agreement from us says Tegrity Services Pty Ltd, NDIS registered provider 4050099017, ABN 49 642 715 562.
  2. Look us up on the official register. We’re listed on the NDIS Commission’s provider register — the register shows the legal name and website, so you can confirm you’re dealing with the provider you intended.
  3. Ring us on (02) 7265 1558. A real person answers. Tell us who referred you and we’ll confirm on the spot whether they meant Tegrity.

And if it is us you were after — welcome. You’ll meet your worker before you say yes, your referral is acknowledged the same business day, and your roster arrives before the fortnight starts. Start a referral whenever you’re ready.
