Ask about current participant capacity.
Availability changes with worker fit and schedules. Send the participant’s suburb and support needs and we’ll confirm current Support Work or Support Coordination capacity. Every referral receives a clear written next step.

Support Work
Areas we regularly support:
Not listed? Call us — we may still have capacity in your suburb.
Support Coordination
Regions we regularly support:
We confirm current capacity and coordinator fit for every referral.
This is not a live vacancy list. We only confirm an opening after checking the participant’s suburb, preferred schedule, support needs and worker or coordinator fit. Call or refer online for a current availability check.
What happens after you refer
A good referral process should make fit, capacity and the next step clear. Here is how ours works.
The online form confirms a successful submission. Our team then reviews the details and contacts you with the next step.
We match based on availability, skills and fit. You meet the proposed worker before supports begin and can say if the match is not right.
After fit, funding, availability and the service agreement are confirmed, we schedule the first shift with you.
If you are switching from another NDIS provider, see our guide on how to switch NDIS providers in Sydney without a gap in support. If you are still shortlisting, use our Sydney provider finder steps and comparison scorecard before you decide.
