From health care to practical NDIS support
Dwayne holds a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Physiotherapy. Before Tegrity, he worked as a physiotherapist in mainstream hospital settings, where he saw how important clear, practical support can be when people are navigating health and disability systems.
Physiotherapy
His clinical background informs a person-centred, goal-focused approach. Tegrity does not use this profile to provide individual medical advice; people should speak with their treating health professional about their own needs.
Local Area Coordination
Dwayne then worked for two years as a Local Area Coordinator with St Vincent de Paul Society. He helped people understand the NDIS, contribute to their plans, connect with relevant providers and work toward goals that mattered to them.
Community outreach
That work also included community events, outreach and in-person support designed to help people from different cultural backgrounds access services in ways that made sense for them.
Tegrity Services
Dwayne founded Tegrity in 2021 to build a local support service around clear communication, culturally safe practice, practical planning and support that helps people pursue their own goals.
