NDIS support in Padstow —
meet your worker before you say yes.

Padstow is two stops from our Revesby base on the T8. Workers arrive on time, supports run to the roster, and when something needs to change, you deal with a person — not a form.

Support Work in Padstow

We match each Padstow participant with a small, consistent team of workers. The roster arrives before the fortnight begins. If you live near Cahors Road, Commander Avenue, or along the streets toward Padstow Heights, we know the area and build your roster around it — not around what happens to be convenient for the office.

Support covers personal care, domestic assistance, and community access. Padstow's access to the Georges River and nearby reserves makes outdoor activities genuinely easy — Padstow Park by the station has barbecue facilities and open space used regularly for participant outings, Padstow Heights Reserve offers a quieter natural setting for those who prefer it, and Padstow Library on Padstow Road is a regular stop for participants who want structured time out of the home. The Padstow Workers Club is an accessible local social venue within easy walking distance of the station. We also run the Wednesday Recreation Group — a structured weekly social program for participants who want regular group activities, running continuously for several years.

The T8 from Padstow connects directly to the airport corridor, the Sydenham interchange, and the city, which broadens appointment and outing options. We factor transit time into rosters so support hours are not lost to travel.

Support Coordination in Padstow

Our coordinators carry caseloads that allow them to do real coordination work, not just file management. In Padstow, that means understanding what allied health services are available locally, what gaps exist, and being honest about wait times rather than placing referrals and going quiet.

Coordination covers provider sourcing, plan reviews, service agreements, NDIS renewals, and mid-plan changes. If you are switching from another provider, we guide the handover. We are also clear about conflict of interest: your coordinator presents all provider options, not only Tegrity.

How to get started

The referral form is online and takes about three minutes. It captures participant details, NDIS number, plan end date, and support categories, and accepts a plan document upload. Every referral is acknowledged the same business day, in writing. You meet your worker before supports begin.

Call us on (02) 7265 1558 or email info@tegrityservices.com.au if you would prefer to talk first.

Across Salt Pan Creek, we also support participants in Riverwood and the St George area. Padstow is part of our NDIS provider coverage across Sydney. We’re also a proudly Aboriginal-owned, culturally safe team — and everyone is welcome.

Questions

NDIS support in Padstow — common questions

Which areas around Padstow do you cover?

We provide NDIS support work and support coordination across Padstow and the surrounding suburbs — Revesby, Panania, Riverwood and East Hills. If you're just outside that list, call (02) 7265 1558 to check current availability.

How do your support workers get around Padstow?

Padstow Station on the T8 line keeps appointments and outings reachable without a car. We build travel time into the roster so support hours go to the participant, not to logistics.

Do you offer both support work and support coordination in Padstow?

Yes — Tegrity provides both Support Work and Support Coordination in Padstow. Where a participant uses both services from us, a written conflict-of-interest policy applies and your coordinator presents every provider option, not only Tegrity.
