NDIS support in Panania —
support that turns up, week after week.
Panania sits between Revesby and East Hills on the T8 line. We've worked in this pocket of South-West Sydney for years — the same workers, the same routines, the same faces on the roster each fortnight.

“I tried multiple providers with no luck… Then I found Tegrity — and I started achieving my goals.”— Carly, Narwee
Support Work in Panania
Panania is a quieter suburb that suits participants who want support that fits around their neighbourhood rather than pulling them out of it. We run community access from local reserves, the Georges River corridor, and Panania's own parks — not just from major hubs further afield. Workers who know the T8 stops and local routes don't have to factor in orientation time when a shift starts.
For community access, Panania Park (the oval and picnic area off Tower Road) is a regular base — there is room for group activities, a playground, and open space without needing to travel far. The East Hills Leisure Centre is one T8 stop away and accessible for participants who want a pool or fitness program as part of their routine. Along the Georges River, the walking tracks via Milperra Road open up for supported walks and cycling outings. Bruce MacKenzie Oval provides a local sporting venue for participants involved in community sport or who want supported access to match days. For everyday errands, Panania Village along Panania Avenue — pharmacy, supermarket, post office — is where most participants do their supported shopping.
Support Work covers personal care, domestic assistance, and community participation. Rosters arrive before the fortnight begins. When a shift changes, you get a call — not a notification from an app. The Wednesday Recreation Group, our ongoing structured social program, draws participants from Panania as well as surrounding suburbs, providing regular group activities without requiring a car.
We keep worker ratios manageable so that continuity is genuinely possible. Most Panania participants have the same primary worker for their entire time with us. That consistency is harder to maintain at scale — which is why we've stayed deliberate about how many participants each worker carries.
Support Coordination in Panania
Our coordinators manage caseloads that allow for real engagement — attending appointments when it matters, making direct calls to providers, and flagging issues before they reach crisis point. In Panania, that means knowing local allied health options, understanding what services operate nearby, and being honest when wait times are long rather than just placing a referral and moving on.
Coordination covers plan reviews, provider sourcing, service agreements, NDIS renewals, and mid-plan variations. We are transparent about any conflict of interest. Your coordinator will always present all available providers — including competitors — so the choice stays with the participant.
