NDIS support work
from your own suburb.
Tegrity Services is based in Revesby. When your roster says 9am Tuesday, it means a worker who knows the local routes — not someone figuring out the train timetable for the first time.
Support Work in Revesby
We match each participant with the same small group of workers, week after week. The roster arrives before the fortnight begins, built around what actually matters — your therapy schedule, preferred routes, regular appointments at Bankstown GP Super Clinic or elsewhere. Rosters don't change without a reason, and when they do change, you hear about it first.
Support work covers community access, personal care, and domestic assistance. We also run the Wednesday Recreation Group — a structured weekly social outing program for participants who want regular group activities. It has run continuously for years and is genuinely part of the service, not a bolt-on.
Workers travel on public transport with participants when needed. Revesby Station on the T8 Airport & South line gives direct access to Sydenham, the airport corridor, and the city, which opens up appointment and outing options without adding a car trip. We factor transit time into your roster so support hours aren't eaten by travel.
Support Coordination in Revesby
Tegrity coordinators carry smaller caseloads than the industry average. That is a deliberate choice, not a marketing line — it means your coordinator can answer a call when something changes mid-plan, not just at the annual review.
Coordination services include provider sourcing across all NDIS support categories, managing plan renewals and mid-plan reviews, building service agreements, and connecting participants with local allied health services. We are also transparent about conflict of interest: when you work with a Tegrity coordinator, they present all available provider options, not only Tegrity.
If you are moving from another provider, we can guide that handover. Changing NDIS providers is your right at any time, and the process is less complicated than most people expect.
Why local matters
Revesby is not a suburb we service from a distance. It is where we operate from. Our team knows the Revesby Workers Club, the Georges River reserves, the Marco Avenue shops, and the quiet streets behind the station. That local knowledge affects the quality of support — not in an abstract way, but in the daily details of who turns up and whether they know where they're going.
We serve Revesby (2212) and the surrounding corridor: Bankstown, Padstow, Panania, East Hills, and Liverpool. Referrals are acknowledged the same business day, in writing. You meet your worker before supports begin.
Referrals that don't disappear into a void
You need providers who respond, match well, and report back. Here is what we commit to on every referral.
