Consistent NDIS support
in Chippendale.
Chippendale is a few minutes' walk from Central Station — every Sydney line, no transfers. We work across the Inner City corridor, and Chippendale is part of the same patch as Redfern, Surry Hills and Newtown. Same workers every week, roster out a fortnight in advance.
Support Work in Chippendale
Chippendale is small by area but well-connected — Central Station is about ten minutes' walk from most parts of the suburb, giving workers and participants direct access across every Sydney line without needing a car. We cover Chippendale as part of the Inner City corridor alongside Redfern, Surry Hills, Newtown and Darlinghurst, which means familiar workers who already know the area and its routes.
For community access, Central Park — the development at 28 Broadway — has public green space, a weekend market and a rooftop garden open to the public. Abercrombie Street and Kensington Street have cafes and local shops used regularly for supported social outings. The University of Sydney grounds are open to the public and a popular walking and social space for participants in Chippendale. We also run the Wednesday Recreation Group — a weekly structured social program — which Chippendale participants can join easily via Central Station.
Support covers personal care, domestic assistance and community participation. Rosters arrive before the fortnight begins. If a shift changes, you get a call — not an app notification.
Support Coordination in Chippendale
Our coordinators work across the Inner City corridor — Chippendale, Redfern, Surry Hills, Newtown and surrounds. That means real knowledge of what allied health capacity exists locally, what the actual wait times are, and which providers answer the phone. Coordination that sends a referral and goes quiet is not coordination.
Coordination covers plan reviews, provider sourcing, service agreements, NDIS renewals and mid-plan changes. We are clear about conflict of interest — your coordinator presents all available providers, not only Tegrity, and the policy is available in writing on request.
How to get started
The referral form is online and takes about three minutes. It captures participant details, NDIS number, plan end date, and support categories, and accepts a plan upload. Every referral is acknowledged the same business day, in writing. You meet your worker before supports begin.
Call us on (02) 7265 1558 or email info@tegrityservices.com.au if you would prefer to talk first.
We’re also a proudly Aboriginal-led, culturally safe team — and everyone is welcome.
Referrals that don't disappear into a void
You need providers who respond, match well, and report back. Here is what we commit to on every referral.

Do you offer both support work and support coordination in Chippendale?
