We match each participant with a consistent group of workers who learn the routine, instead of rotating a new face through every fortnight. Bondi Beach has accessible beach matting and beach wheelchairs, which we can build into community-access outings.

Bondi Junction is one of the eastern suburbs' major interchanges — train and a large bus hub — which keeps appointments and day programs across the city reachable without a car. We factor that travel into the roster. Support covers community access, personal care, social participation and domestic assistance.

Plenty of the NDIS participants we support live on the Junction side — the apartments around Oxford Street Mall rather than down by the sand. The same small team covers both: in-home support (what many families call home care) with mornings, meals and routines, then community access that uses what the Junction does best — Westfield Bondi Junction for shopping, a movie or a food-court catch-up, Waverley Library, and the interchange when an appointment is further afield. Support is tailored to meet your goals and your pace, and quality care here looks like the small stuff done right: a worker who knows which entrance is step-free, and which café fits a wheelchair at the window table.

Support workers across Bondi Beach, North Bondi and Tamarama

Our support workers cover the whole Bondi peninsula — North Bondi, Bondi Beach, the Junction, and around the headland to Tamarama and Bronte. That means support can happen in the places that make the area worth living in: a swim at the beach or the Icebergs pool, the Bondi-to-Bronte stretch of the coastal walk, the weekend markets at Bondi Beach Public School, or a community program at the Bondi Pavilion, which reopened after its restoration as the beachfront's community and cultural centre.

For participants with mobility needs, the beach promenade runs flat and step-free between North Bondi and the Pavilion, and Waverley Council operates seasonal beach matting and beach wheelchairs at Bondi Beach. The coastal walk south of the beach climbs steps in places, so workers plan the route to match the day — promenade when it needs to be step-free, the walk when stairs are fine. It's a small thing, but it's the difference between an outing that works and one that gets cut short.

Support Coordination in Bondi

Bondi and Bondi Junction sit close to the eastern suburbs' allied-health and community services, and a coordinator who knows the area turns that into a plan that connects, not a participant left to navigate it alone. Much of what a plan needs concentrates around the Junction — allied-health rooms, the Services Australia centre for Centrelink and Medicare matters, and Waverley Library — and our coordinators book supports where the transport already goes.

Our coordinators hold smaller caseloads on purpose, so they answer the phone mid-plan, not only at review time. We source providers across every category, manage renewals and reviews, and present every option in writing under a clear conflict-of-interest policy.

Getting around Bondi

From Bondi Beach and the coastal walk down to Bronte, to the shops and services around Bondi Junction, our workers know the area and its accessible routes — which matters more than it sounds when you're getting someone to an appointment on time.

Bondi Junction is the end of the T4 Eastern Suburbs line, and frequent buses — including the 333 along Bondi Road — connect the Junction to the beach and North Bondi. For participants who travel supported, that combination keeps most of Sydney reachable in a single trip; for workers, it means less of your funded time spent in transit.
