NDIS provider in Five Dock —
support work & coordination.
Five Dock's Italian heart beats along Great North Road, and the Bay Run wraps the suburb in seven kilometres of foreshore. Support here means being part of that daily life, week after week.
Support Work in Five Dock
Five Dock runs on Great North Road — the delis, cafés and shops of one of Sydney's proudly Italian strips — with Five Dock Park behind it and the Bay Run at the end of almost every street. Buses cover Great North Road and Lyons Road, a Metro West station is on the way, and our workers drive for everything else. Rosters arrive before each fortnight begins, and you see the same faces each week.
Support work covers personal care, help at home, and getting out into the suburb's daily rhythm — a coffee on the strip, the park, the foreshore.
Support Coordination in Five Dock
Our coordinators cover plan reviews, NDIS renewals, service sourcing and service agreements across the Canada Bay area, staying current on which allied health services genuinely have capacity — and they present every provider option, not only Tegrity supports.
NDIS services we deliver in Five Dock
Tegrity delivers disability support services across Five Dock and the 2046 area under the core NDIS support categories below — the same categories named in your plan.
Daily personal activities and personal care
Help at home with the routines that keep the week running — showering and dressing, meal preparation, medication prompts, and domestic assistance — funded under Assistance with Daily Life. Workers follow how you already like things done: see our approach to assistance with daily living.
Community participation in Five Dock
The Bay Run around Iron Cove — walkable, wheelable, and genuinely beautiful — plus Five Dock Park, the library, the Great North Road cafés and the foreshore reserves at Rodd Point and Abbotsford. Our community participation support works toward your goals, and the Wednesday Rec Group is open to Five Dock participants.
Travel and transport support
Support workers travel with you — on the Great North Road and Lyons Road buses, or door to door by car — to appointments, study, work or the Rec Group. Travel arrangements are agreed with you before supports start.
Life skills development
Capacity building in the practical sense: cooking, budgeting, using buses and trains confidently, and building routines that make independent living realistic. We set these goals with you and track them properly — read what capacity building means in an NDIS plan.
Also serving Drummoyne, Abbotsford and Rodd Point
Drummoyne across Lyons Road, Abbotsford and its wharf at the end of Great North Road, Rodd Point on the Bay Run, and Russell Lea and Wareemba in between — the whole Canada Bay pocket is inside our regular coverage. One team, one roster.
Getting started
The referral form takes about three minutes online. Every submission is acknowledged the same business day, in writing. If you want to speak with someone first, call (02) 7265 1558 or email info@tegrityservices.com.au — you'll reach a coordinator, not a contact centre.
We’re also a proudly Aboriginal-owned, culturally safe team — and everyone is welcome.
Referrals that don't disappear into a void
You need providers who respond, match well, and report back. Here is what we commit to on every referral.

NDIS support in Five Dock — common questions
Which areas around Five Dock do you cover?
We provide NDIS support work and support coordination across Five Dock and the Canada Bay pocket — Drummoyne, Abbotsford, Rodd Point, Russell Lea, Wareemba and Chiswick. If you're just outside that list, call (02) 7265 1558 to check current availability.
Is there NDIS community participation support in Five Dock?
Yes. Community participation in Five Dock is funded from the Core budget in your plan and can include the Bay Run, Five Dock Park, the Great North Road strip, local sport and social outings — plus our Wednesday Rec Group. Support is built around your goals, not a drive-around to fill hours.
Do you offer both support work and support coordination in Five Dock?
Yes — Tegrity provides both Support Work and Support Coordination in Five Dock. Where a participant uses both services from us, a written conflict-of-interest policy applies and your coordinator presents every provider option, not only Tegrity.
Are you a registered NDIS provider in Five Dock?
Yes — Tegrity Services is a registered NDIS provider (registration 4050099017) delivering support work and support coordination across Five Dock and the inner west. We don't deliver therapy, SIL or accommodation ourselves; where your plan needs those supports, we help you source trusted local providers and coordinate with them.
How do your support workers get around Five Dock?
Buses run Great North Road and Lyons Road, a Metro West station is under construction, and our workers drive for everything else — travel time is built into the roster so support hours go to the participant. Travel arrangements are agreed with you before supports start.
