NDIS provider across Western Sydney —
support work & coordination.

Blacktown to Penrith, Parramatta to Schofields. One team covers the corridor, with the same workers each fortnight and rosters that arrive before the fortnight starts — not a different face every visit.

Support Work across Western Sydney

Western Sydney is not one place. Blacktown’s centre and the streets around Westpoint feel nothing like the growth estates at Schofields and The Ponds, and Penrith at the foot of the mountains is another world again from the Parramatta CBD. What they share is distance — and distance is exactly what makes an unreliable provider unbearable. Rosters arrive before each fortnight begins, and you see the same faces each week.

Support work covers personal care, help at home, and support to get out and live locally. If you have been searching for an NDIS provider in Blacktown, Mount Druitt, Parramatta or Penrith, this page is where to start.

Support Coordination across Western Sydney

Westmead is the largest health precinct in the state and Nepean Hospital anchors the Penrith end, so on paper Western Sydney is well served. In practice the waitlists are long and capacity moves week to week. Our coordinators stay current on who genuinely has availability, handle plan reviews, renewals and service agreements, and present every provider option — not only Tegrity supports. Looking specifically for a support coordinator in Blacktown or Mount Druitt? That is core coverage for us, not an outer edge.

NDIS services we deliver across Western Sydney

Tegrity delivers disability support services across Western Sydney under the core NDIS support categories below — the same categories named in your plan. Every support is delivered by workers you have met, on a roster you receive before the fortnight starts.

Daily personal activities and personal care

Help at home with the routines that keep the week running — showering and dressing, meal preparation, medication prompts, and domestic assistance — funded under Assistance with Daily Life. Whether that is daily personal activities in Mount Druitt or domestic assistance in Quakers Hill, workers follow how you already like things done: see our approach to assistance with daily living.

Community participation across Western Sydney

There is more to get out to here than the region usually gets credit for: Nurragingy Reserve at Doonside, the Blacktown Showground precinct, Parramatta Park and the river walk into the CBD, the Nepean River foreshore and the Great River Walk at Penrith, and the shopping centres at Westpoint, Mount Druitt and Penrith for the everyday trips. Our community participation support works toward your goals rather than filling hours, and covers group and centre-based activities as well as one-to-one time out.

Travel and transport support

Support workers travel with you — on the T1 Western line through Blacktown and Mount Druitt, the Richmond branch out to Quakers Hill and Schofields, the T5 Cumberland line down to Parramatta, or door to door by car. In a region this spread out, travel arrangements are agreed with you before supports start so funded hours go where they should.

Life skills development

Capacity building in the practical sense: cooking, budgeting, using buses and trains confidently, and building routines that make independent living realistic. We set these goals with you and track them properly — read what capacity building means in an NDIS plan.

Blacktown, Doonside and Rooty Hill

Blacktown is the centre of gravity for the whole corridor — Westpoint and the station interchange, the hospital on Marcel Avenue, and one of the most genuinely multicultural populations in the country. Doonside and Rooty Hill sit a few minutes west along the T1, with Nurragingy Reserve between them and Marayong, Plumpton and Glendenning filling in around. We support participants across all of it.

Mount Druitt and St Marys

Mount Druitt has its own hospital, its own Westfield and a strong community identity that outsiders consistently underestimate. St Marys sits the next stop toward Penrith with the Village shopping strip and the station upgrade around the new metro corridor. Both are inside our regular coverage, for support work and support coordination alike.

Parramatta, Westmead and Wentworthville

Sydney’s second CBD, and the reason so many Western Sydney plans route through here: Westmead Hospital, the Children’s Hospital and the wider health precinct sit one stop from Parramatta station. Add Wentworthville, Pendle Hill, Toongabbie and Seven Hills along the T1, plus Parramatta Park and the riverside for getting out, and this is the busiest stretch of the corridor for appointment support.

Penrith and Kingswood

The western end — Penrith with Westfield, the Nepean River foreshore and Panthers precinct, Nepean Hospital and the Western Sydney University campus at Kingswood, and Werrington just beyond. It is a long way from the inner city and providers thin out accordingly, which is precisely why we cover it properly rather than treating it as an edge case.

Schofields, Quakers Hill and the north-west growth suburbs

The fastest-changing part of the region. Schofields, Quakers Hill, Riverstone and The Ponds have filled with new housing far quicker than services have followed, so families here often find providers who will happily quote and then never staff the roster. We would rather tell you honestly at referral whether we have a worker for your hours than sign you up and let the shifts fall over.

Culturally safe support in Western Sydney

Blacktown and Mount Druitt have long-established Aboriginal communities, and Tegrity is an Aboriginal-owned provider — not a mainstream organisation with a reconciliation plan on a webpage. That means cultural safety is built into how supports are matched and delivered rather than added as training. If that matters to you or the person you support, read what culturally safe support actually looks like day to day, or start at our Aboriginal NDIS support hub. Everyone is welcome, whether or not this is why you called.

Questions

NDIS support across Western Sydney — common questions

Which Western Sydney suburbs do you cover?

Blacktown, Doonside, Rooty Hill, Marayong, Plumpton, Glendenning, Mount Druitt, St Marys, Parramatta, Westmead, Wentworthville, Pendle Hill, Toongabbie, Seven Hills, Penrith, Kingswood, Werrington, Schofields, Quakers Hill, Riverstone and The Ponds. Fairfield, Guildford, Lidcombe, Liverpool, Prestons, Hoxton Park and Moorebank have their own pages. If your suburb isn’t named, call (02) 7265 1558 — the answer is usually yes.

Are you a registered NDIS provider in Western Sydney?

Yes — Tegrity Services is a registered NDIS provider (registration 4050099017) delivering support work and support coordination across Western Sydney. We are a service-area provider rather than a chain of offices, so support comes to you at home and in your community.

Do you offer support coordination in Blacktown and Mount Druitt?

Yes. Support coordination is available right across Western Sydney, including Blacktown, Mount Druitt, Parramatta and Penrith. Your coordinator handles plan reviews, renewals and service agreements, tracks which local providers actually have capacity, and presents every provider option — not only Tegrity supports. Where a participant uses both our support work and our coordination, a written conflict-of-interest policy applies.

How do your support workers get around Western Sydney?

Western Sydney is a big geography, so travel is planned rather than improvised. The T1 Western line runs Parramatta to Penrith through Blacktown and Mount Druitt, the Richmond branch serves Quakers Hill, Schofields and Riverstone, and the T5 Cumberland line links Blacktown to Parramatta and Liverpool — our workers drive for everything in between. Travel arrangements are agreed with you before supports start, so funded hours go to the participant rather than to logistics.

Do you offer therapy, SIL or accommodation in Western Sydney?

No — and we would rather say so plainly. Tegrity delivers two things: support work and support coordination. We don’t provide occupational therapy, physiotherapy, psychology, plan management, Supported Independent Living or Specialist Disability Accommodation. Where your plan needs those supports, we help you source trusted providers across Western Sydney and coordinate with them.
