This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we handle it.

1. Information we collect and why

We collect personal information through three channels on this website:

ChannelWhat is collectedWhy
Referral form Your name, phone number, email address (optional); participant's first name, suburb, NDIS number (optional), plan end date (optional), plan management type (optional), and any additional notes you provide. We also record the IP address of the device that submitted the form, for security and spam prevention purposes. To assess the referral, respond to your enquiry, and — if we can help — match the participant with a suitable support worker or coordinator.

2. NDIS numbers and sensitive information

An NDIS number, provided in the context of a disability support referral, is treated as sensitive personal information under the Privacy Act. We collect it only where you choose to provide it, solely to confirm that the participant's plan is active and funded for the services they need. It is never shared with third parties except as described in section 4 (our technology providers), and is stored securely in our Solva platform with row-level access controls.
