Privacy Policy
Last updated 12 June 2026Tegrity Services Pty Ltd ("Tegrity Services", "we", "us") is an NDIS registered disability support provider based in Revesby, NSW. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we handle it.
If you have questions or concerns about your privacy, email info@tegrityservices.com.au and we will respond within five business days.
1. Information we collect and why
We collect personal information through three channels on this website:
| Channel | What is collected | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Referral form | Your name, phone number, email address (optional); participant's first name, suburb, NDIS number (optional), plan end date (optional), plan management type (optional), and any additional notes you provide. We also record the IP address of the device that submitted the form, for security and spam prevention purposes. | To assess the referral, respond to your enquiry, and — if we can help — match the participant with a suitable support worker or coordinator. |
| Google Analytics | Pages visited, session duration, approximate location (city level), browser type, device type, and anonymised IP address. Collected automatically when you visit the site via cookies. | To understand how people use our website so we can improve it. We do not use this data to identify individuals. |
| Chat widget | Messages you type into the chat, and a session identifier stored in your browser's sessionStorage (cleared when you close the tab). No account or login is required. | To answer questions about our services. Chats are handled by an AI assistant — see section 4 below for details. |
2. NDIS numbers and sensitive information
An NDIS number, provided in the context of a disability support referral, is treated as sensitive personal information under the Privacy Act. We collect it only where you choose to provide it, solely to confirm that the participant's plan is active and funded for the services they need. It is never shared with third parties except as described in section 4 (our technology providers), and is stored securely in our Solva platform with row-level access controls.
3. How we use personal information
- To respond to referrals and enquiries — we do not add you to marketing lists without first asking you.
- To match participants with suitable support workers, within the scope of the referral you submitted.
- To improve this website (aggregated, anonymised analytics only).
- To meet our obligations under the NDIS Practice Standards, including record-keeping and incident reporting requirements.
- We never sell, rent or trade personal information.
4. Third-party service providers and overseas transfers
We use the following third-party services to operate this website. Some are based overseas. By using this website you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to these providers.
| Provider | Country | Purpose | Privacy information |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics (Google LLC) | USA | Website usage analytics | Google Privacy Policy |
| Vercel Inc. | USA | Website and application hosting | Vercel Privacy Policy |
| Supabase Inc. | USA / AWS ap-southeast-2 (Sydney) | Database storage for referral submissions | Supabase Privacy Policy |
| Anthropic PBC | USA | AI processing for the chat widget | Anthropic Privacy Policy |
About the chat widget: Messages you send are processed by an AI assistant (Claude, by Anthropic). Do not share sensitive personal details — such as full NDIS numbers, medical information, or financial details — in the chat. For enquiries involving sensitive information, please use the referral form or call us directly.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies on your device to distinguish users and measure site usage. These cookies do not identify you by name. If you prefer not to be tracked, you can:
- Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Use your browser's privacy or incognito mode.
- Block cookies in your browser settings (this will not affect your ability to use the site).
The chat widget uses sessionStorage (not a cookie) to maintain your conversation within a single tab. This is cleared automatically when you close the browser tab and is not accessible to other websites.
6. Data inside the Solva platform
Participant and workforce data entered into Solva — the software we use to manage rosters, case notes and billing — is held under our service agreement with each participant and their plan manager. Within the platform:
- Sensitive identifiers (tax file numbers, bank details) are encrypted before they reach the database.
- Access is enforced at the database row level — support workers can only see their own records and their assigned participants.
- Changes to rosters, claims and case notes are recorded in a deletion-protected audit trail.
- Data handling within the platform is subject to the NDIS Practice Standards, in particular Practice Standard 2.3 (Confidentiality and Privacy).
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. These steps include encrypted connections (HTTPS), database-level row security, encrypted storage of sensitive identifiers, and access controls limiting who within our team can view participant data. No system is completely secure; if you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately.
8. Notifiable Data Breaches
We are bound by the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme under Part IIIC of the Privacy Act. If we become aware of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm to any individual, we will notify the affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required by law.
9. Access, correction and deletion
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. To make a request:
- Email info@tegrityservices.com.au with your name and the nature of your request.
- We will respond within a reasonable time (generally within 30 days).
- We may need to verify your identity before actioning the request.
- In some cases we may be required by law or the NDIS Practice Standards to retain certain records — we will explain this if it applies.
10. Complaints
If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles or your privacy rights:
- Contact us first — email info@tegrityservices.com.au. We will acknowledge your complaint within five business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
- If unresolved — you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
- For NDIS-related concerns — you may also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
