Privacy Policy
Last updated 16 June 2026
Tegrity Services Pty Ltd (“Tegrity Services”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles, and our obligations as a registered NDIS provider.
Information we collect
We only collect information we need to provide and improve our supports. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:
- Referral and enquiry details — when you submit our referral form or contact us, we collect the referrer’s name, phone and email; the participant’s first name and suburb; the supports requested; and, where you provide them, NDIS plan details such as an NDIS number, plan dates and plan management type, plus any notes you choose to include.
- Participant and support records — if you become a participant, we collect the information needed to deliver your supports safely, including contact details, support needs and goals, and service and case records.
- Correspondence — records of your communications with us by phone, email or message.
- Website usage information — anonymous information about how our website is used (see Website analytics and cookies below).
Website analytics and cookies
We collect anonymous information about how our website is used so we can understand what’s helpful and improve it. This information is not used to identify individual visitors, and we do not sell it.
First-party analytics
We record anonymous usage events — such as which pages are viewed, how far you scroll, and the steps taken on our referral form — using a randomly generated identifier stored in your browser’s local storage. This identifier contains no personal information and is not linked to your identity; it simply lets us count visitors and sessions. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
Google Analytics
We also use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to help us understand overall website traffic and where visitors come from. Google processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy. You can opt out across all sites using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
How we use your information
- To respond to referrals and enquiries and arrange supports.
- To deliver, coordinate and improve our supports and meet your goals.
- To meet our legal, funding and NDIS quality and safeguarding obligations.
- To communicate with you about your supports and our services.
- To understand and improve how our website and services are used.
When we disclose information
We only share personal information where it is necessary and lawful. This may include sharing with:
- support workers and coordinators involved in your supports;
- your nominated plan manager, support coordinator, or other providers, where relevant to your supports;
- the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, where required;
- service providers who help us operate (such as secure software and communications providers), under confidentiality obligations; and
- others where you consent, or where we are required or permitted by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, including access controls, encryption of sensitive details, and secure, reputable service providers. Some providers may store data outside Australia; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it’s inaccurate or out of date. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
