What does support coordination cost?
We charge in line with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, and we put our rates in writing before anything starts. Ask for our rate card.
You offer both support work and coordination — isn’t that a conflict?
It can be, which is why we manage it openly: our coordinators present all provider options, never just Tegrity. Ask for the full conflict-of-interest policy.
How do we switch coordinators from another provider?
You can change at any time. We’ll help with notice periods and make the handover smooth. Read our switching guide, or call us and we’ll walk you through it.
Do you still offer Occupational Therapy?
No. We’ve focused our services on Support Work and Support Coordination. We’re glad to suggest trusted local OT providers — call us for a referral.
