Who prepares the guides
Guides are prepared and reviewed by Tegrity Services. We use practical experience from supporting participants and coordinating plans. We do not invent participant stories, worker qualifications or outcomes.
Tegrity Services is responsible for the information published on this website. This page explains what we know, how we check it and what we do when something changes.
Tegrity is an Aboriginal-owned registered NDIS provider. We have delivered support work and Level 2 support coordination since 2021. Our registration number is 4050099017. We write about the services we deliver and clearly say when another provider or the NDIA is responsible.

For rules, funding, prices, safety and complaints, we use current primary sources wherever possible.
Our guides explain choices in plain English. They are general information, not legal, medical or financial advice. We link to the responsible agency when an official decision or clinical judgement is needed.
We identify Tegrity accurately as Aboriginal-owned. We do not imply organisational leadership that we cannot verify. Cultural claims must reflect real practice, consented experience and the limits of what we can responsibly say.
Tegrity provides support work and Level 2 support coordination. Some guides link to our services. We do not provide therapy, plan management, SIL, SDA or Level 3 specialist support coordination. We refer those services out.
A review date changes only when we have checked or materially updated the page. Policy, price and funding pages are checked when official guidance changes. A newer date is not added only to make a page look fresh.
If something looks wrong, outdated or unclear, tell us. We will check the source and correct the page when needed. You can also use our independent complaints pathway.
